Volkswagen Taos Review In Philadelphia

June 13th, 2021 by

The Volkswagen Taos is exemplary of the finesse that the average SUV carries. The style, pristine elegance, and functionality make the market demand more for it. The placement of cutting-edge technology in the vehicle makes it all the more endearing to interested car owners who do not mind adding more cars to their garage as well as enjoy the comfort of the ride.
This model was initially released in China. This was in October 2018. The name given to it as at that time was the Volkswagen Tharu. Two years later (October 2020), it was restyled as the Volkswagen Taos for the North American, South American, and Russian markets.

For the exterior designs, the Taos picks ideas from the Atlas SUV and the Tiguan and merges them into a perfectly irresistible fit for the contemporary driver. The vehicle comes in 8 different color choices. It also has 17- to 19-inch wheels. The black X bumper design makes the car noticeable among others in the park. It gives a unique statement about the interesting sophistication that the Volkswagen Taos exudes.

Akin to the new Tiguan, the Taos has strong lighting capabilities which are known to be observable from a long distance. The daytime running lights link with a light across the grille to cause a special illumination effect.

Furthermore, the Volkswagen Taos possesses an intriguing turbocharged engine that helps with fuel economy and increased efficiency. The car comes in 3 models, the S Model, the SE model, and the SEL model. For the S model, it uses the 1.5L Turbo Inline-4 Gas engine. It can deliver a 7-Speed Automatic and 8-Speed Automatic transmission while working with a front-wheel and all-wheel drivetrains. The S Model works with the S FWD and S 4MOTION configurations.

The SE and SEL models work with pretty much the same operations as the S Model as regards their transmissions, engines, and drivetrain. However, the configurations are where the distinctiveness occurs. The SE model uses SE FWD and SE 4MOTION configurations while the SEL model uses the SEL FWD and SEL 4MOTION configurations.
